Your tasks on a calendar grid
Calendar view drops your active missions, duties, and reminders onto a calendar grid. Useful when the time axis matters more than the to-do list. Same data as the list and kanban views; just laid out by when. Distinct from the shared cell calendar (which is for events and RSVPs) — see /help/calendar for that.

It's the same data as the list and kanban views, just laid out by when things are due — and it's distinct from the shared Cell calendar, which is for events and RSVPs. Cards land on the day they're due; recurring duties show every instance so you can see the cadence, and cards without a due date stay on the list view.
You switch views from the home-tab toggle, and the pick is remembered per device. You can tap a card to complete, snooze, or reassign it without leaving the calendar.
How to switch
From the home tab, tap the view toggle — list, kanban, or calendar. Calendar view defaults to the week you're in; use the segmented control to switch between month, week, and day. The pick is remembered per device.
What lands on the grid
Anything with a due date — missions, duties, reminders, time-bound rewards. Cards land on the day they're due. Recurring duties show up on every instance, not just the next one, so you can see the cadence at a glance. Cards without a due date stay on the list view (they wouldn't have anywhere to land here).
Cell-member filter
By default you see your own cards. Toggle to see another cell member's, or the whole cell's. Kids see only their own, never each other's — same boundary as the list view; the calendar layout doesn't relax it.
Tap to act, not just to read
Tap a card to mark complete, snooze the reminder, or reassign without leaving the calendar. Useful when you're triaging a busy week — you don't need to drop into the detail screen for the common cases.
The week and month views both have a print-friendly layout (Settings → Display → Calendar print) for households that want a wall copy. The shared cell calendar's iCal export covers events, not tasks; tasks stay in-app so the cell-scoped privacy stance is preserved.
When calendar makes sense
Useful when the question is what's coming up rather than what's left. Co-parented households often live in calendar view because the custody schedule and the task schedule have to be readable at the same time. Single-stream households usually do fine in list.
