ConKarma is built for the seam you occupy between your kids and your aging parents — multi-cell membership with clean separation, where you're the only person who sees both sides. You belong to your immediate-family cell and your parents' cell at the same time, each with independent state: separate DNA balance, separate calendar layer, separate role. A cell switcher in the home tab moves you between them, and nothing leaks across — the kid in one cell sees nothing from the other, and neither does the parent.
From your view, calendars sync across both cells, recurring chores work in either direction, and the read-only grandparent digest lets elderly parents stay involved without installing the full app. You can be the parent in your kids' cell and an adult member in your parents' cell at once; those roles don't conflict. The elder cell earns its keep when more than one person shares the coordination — skip it if a personal calendar event already covers it.
