Real-user data lands in GA4 via the web-vitals reporter; we review the per-route p75 on a 30-day rolling cadence. Lab benchmarks (Lighthouse ≥ 95 perf) gate every PR via CI; field data tells us whether real visitors on real networks see the same thing.
