Cells — the private circle at the heart of ConKarma.
A Cell is the family unit (or partnership unit, or solo unit) inside the app. It's closed by default: no public profiles, no feeds, no strangers. Everything that happens inside a Cell stays inside that Cell.

Inside a Cell you earn DNA by completing habits, quests, and check-ins, and you can spend it on cosmetics and habit packs. EGO is a separate solo-cycle currency for users without a Cell.
Roles
A Cell has four role types: Parent (full visibility into kids' accounts, approval gate for IAPs), Adult (full peer in the Cell economy), Teen (semi-autonomous; some categories require approval), and Child (under-13; everything goes through verified parental consent first).
Inviting someone
Settings → Cell → Invite generates a one-time invite link or a QR code. Send it through your existing channel — text, email, in-person QR. The recipient signs up (or signs in) and accepts. Cell-formation bonus DNA is granted on both sides automatically.
DNA — the cell-economy currency
DNA is earned by completing habits, quests, and check-ins. It can be spent on cosmetics and habit packs. DNA flows between Cell members through the gift system; the system rewards co-completion of habits.
Leaving a Cell
Settings → Cell → Leave. Your account stays; your Cell-bound history is preserved on your side. The remaining Cell members see you marked as departed. If you're the last member, the Cell is archived (your data stays accessible from your account).
EGO vs DNA — quick note
If you've seen EGO mentioned, it's the solo-cycle currency for users without a Cell, or for self-authored items that don't involve other people. The two currencies stay separate by design — they encode different economic relationships.
