Cancelling has to happen on the platform that took your money. ConKarma doesn’t hold a card on file directly; payments route through Apple or Google.
Cancelling your ConKarma subscription happens on the platform that took your money, because ConKarma doesn't hold a card on file directly — payments route through Apple or Google. On iOS, open Settings, tap your Apple ID, Subscriptions, ConKarma, and Cancel. On Android, open the Play Store, your profile photo, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, ConKarma, Cancel subscription. Either way the subscription stays active through the current billing period and won't renew after.
When you cancel, you keep your cosmetics, unlocked habit packs, journals, and Annals; subscription-only features revert to their free state at the next billing boundary. Re-subscribing later restores those features, and your prior cell's data hasn't moved. Cancelling is one tap, with no exit-flow dark pattern.
iOS subscriptions
Settings (the iOS app) → your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → ConKarma. Tap Cancel. The subscription stays active through the current billing period and won’t renew. We don’t see the cancel until Apple confirms it.
Android subscriptions
Play Store → your profile photo → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → ConKarma → Cancel subscription. Same behaviour: active through the current period, no renewal after.
What you keep
Cosmetics, habit packs you’ve unlocked, your journals and Annals — all of it stays on your account. Subscription-only features (the Spice Calendar pack, drift reports, etc.) revert to their free state at the next billing boundary.
Re-subscribing later
Re-subscribing restores any subscription-only features. Your prior cell’s data hasn’t moved. If you previously had a per-couple sub and your partner already cancelled, you’ll need to re-pair on re-subscribe.
Adult tier and the After Dark companion
If your cell has the adult-tier add-on (Spice Calendar, dares, intimate journal pack), that part of the subscription surfaces inside the After Dark companion app. Cancelling Premium or Family in the main app also stops adult-tier renewal — the entitlement is a single subscription record, not two separate purchases. If you bought adult tier directly inside After Dark via Apple/Google IAP, cancel through the same platform-settings path (Apple ID → Subscriptions or Play → Subscriptions); the listing shows up as ‘ConKarma After Dark’. One-tap cancel — no exit-flow dark pattern.
