By design these are fun-first, ritual-life integrations; ConKarma deliberately declines task managers and work tools so it expands into the cell's life without trying to become the cell's whole life.
Integrations are bounded for safety: school and pediatric portals carry events only — appointments and reminders, never grades or medical records. On the Family tier one connection covers all kids. The core integrations ship across tiers; an optional paid tier can generate AI cell-recaps from integration data, which stays cell-private and is billed in Sparks.
Tier 1 — the daily fabric
Photo libraries (Apple Photos, Google Photos), Apple Family Sharing + Google Family, the music subscription the cell already pays for (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music), kid-finance accounts (Greenlight, GoHenry, Step). These are the integrations the cell touches every day; they ship across every tier.
Tier 2 — the school + home loop
School portals (events only — never assignments or grades safety), smart-home hubs (Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings) for the cell's voice surface, and the cell's communications-out preference (which channels the cell uses to share, never which channels the cell receives on).
Tier 3 — the long tail

On the Family tier, one Greenlight account = all kids in the cell share visibility. One Family Sharing onboarding = the cell's whole shared-calendar layer wired up at once. One pet tracker = the pet is the cell's pet, not one member's. The cell's economy of "one purchase covers all" extends into the integration layer.
AI from integration data — Sparks-billed
Premium tier unlocks AI-generated content from integration data: a weekly cell-recap that includes "3 photos from this week's beach trip + the recipe Mom tried Friday + the new song the cell added to the shared playlist". The AI synthesises across integrations to render the recap; the underlying integration data stays cell-private. Sparks-billed per /pricing/sparks.
